Our support services are an integral part of New Victoria Hospital and contribute significantly to our exceptional customer service that we rely on to stand out from larger Hospital groups.

There are many roles in our support services including:

• Patient Services – Being responsible for all patient bookings and administration and being the face of the hospital, warmly welcoming our patients at our reception desks.

• Catering Services – Being responsible for delivering high quality nutritious and well-balanced meals to our patients, Consultants and colleagues from our onsite kitchen and restaurant.

• Housekeeping Services – Being responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hospital, ensuring a sanitised and safe environment for patients and colleagues.

• Portering Services – Play a key part in keeping the hospital operational activities moving smoothly. Transporting patients, pathology, medical samples and equipment in a professional and safe manner.

• Maintenance Services – Being responsible for the upkeep of the hospital estate and maintenance of key strategic equipment.
